Hi, I’m Cynthia Durack — the founder of Scaling Assist.

I started this business because I know firsthand how overwhelming it can feel to run a small business. You’re juggling admin, chasing leads, trying to keep your marketing consistent — and somewhere in between, you’re meant to be growing the business too. It’s a lot.

My background is in Business Management, with a focus on HR and Marketing, and I’ve spent over 15 years working in fast-paced corporate environments. I’ve seen what works — and more importantly, what doesn’t — when it comes to running a business efficiently. But what I really love is helping small business owners take that same level of structure and clarity and apply it to their own operations.

I’m passionate about turning chaos into calm — building systems that free up your time, aligning your marketing with your bigger goals, and giving you the data and insight you need to make confident decisions.
